Full Moon in Shatabishak: Social Healing

The Moon and Sun will be across from each other in the sign of Aquarius in the star of Shatabishak on Tuesday, September 1st at 10:22 pm. This is a time to reflect upon the Moon cycle that began two weeks ago in sidereal Leo. At that time we were called into our power, specifically the power that comes from lineage and ancient wisdom and/or corruption. Now, we are looking at the reflections of power both within ourselves and outside in our societies and wondering how we can move forward better? Aquarius is where we focus on the collective, the social and how it can improve. It is the vision of the future, as imagined in our minds, held in humility and a desire to make things better for everyone, not just ourselves. This is an important reflection in this time, and even more potent as it falls in the star of 100 healers. It is said that remedies used when the Moon is in Shatabishak will have the power of one hundred healers, but illness that falls at this time won’t be able to be cured by even 100 healers. This is illness more than anything right now, is social sickness. A disease of hatred and anger at one another, as opposed to the powers that be. While ALL information is being manipulated and used for specific agendas, individuals are accessing it as it confirms their own biases and then feeling extreme anger to others who are accessing different information. This is of course, the ultimate manipulation. We are like dogs in a fight but the fight is fixed, and no matter who “wins", the people at the top will get what they want. How will we the people take back our power? By uniting. By looking at our own individual relationship to power, money and status and how we look at those with both more and less than ourselves. Do you have disgust towards the poor, and delusions of your own eventual grandeur? Or do you have disgust with the wealthy, and an innate block to creating your own prosperity? Either way, it is worth exploring and acting upon healing your relationship to wealth and society. AS I have always said, it is 100% impossible to cure society without curing ourselves first. It is 100% possible to cure society just by beginning with ourselves. There is nowhere else that our efforts will be put to better or more effective use! With Mars, Jupiter and the Sun all still in their own fire signs, we have enormous potential right now. Fires, storms and riots will be outside of us, continuing this month for sure, but we can individually use this fire for personal action in the direction that we want to imagine for our collective future.
